I must admit I am a bit of a slacker when it comes to writing reviews. This is for my awesome RE Agent, Vanessa Peterson…. I had just went through a really rough divorce and was very depressed and not doing well. Didn’t know what I should do with my house, should I move, should I stay!! I didn’t know what to do. Definitely loved my neighborhood and the area I lived in. One day my sister was going to a wedding of a member of a family that we grew up with and she still hung out with a lot. So, my sister said his new wife is a Realator and did I want her to get the wife’s number so I said ok. When I was ready, at least I thought I was, I called Ms. Vanessa and from that moment on she was wonderful. Very sweet on the phone and very understanding of me crying telling her my story about the divorce and my anxiety and everything. Needless to say, she became my Realator and she took over from there getting me connected with Zenlist and what I was looking for and could afford. We instantly clicked and I thought, I really dig this chick and I can see myself even being friends with her. She is a breath of fresh air, very attentive, understanding, funny and so sweet and didn’t mind my way of talking cause I swear a lot when I talk about anything lol I will be going back to her again and again if I ever plan on moving and I will recommend her to friends and family. So, remember that name when looking for a home, condo, whatever it may be. VANESSA PETERSON!! You are the best GF… and I’m sorry it took me so long to do this review lol I love you girl!! Now can we do lunch

Vanessa was amazing. She was able to get someone out the day after I expressed interest in a property, put in an offer the same and and within the third day the sellers accepted the offer. She was extremely knowledgeable and was in constant contact with me and answered any questions I had. She want so far as to acquire a foundation inspection from a professional company by providing the home inspection report and was able to negotiate an $1800 reimbursement from closing costs. She made the entire homebuying process less stressful then I thought it would be and was very flexible with my unruly schedule and I will recommend her highly to anyone and everyone I speak with.
